Enesco ornament boxes don't hold up as well as some other brands. Many of the Enesco ornaments I have for sale were purchased from gift shops.  Many of the boxes have been handled by potential customers before I purchased them.  If you want only pristine boxes, please specify in your order comments.  However, if I don't have the ornament(s) you want in a requested "pristine box" I will cancel that ornament from your order and issue a refund.
